  1. What is the market saying?
  2. What was misunderstood?
  3. What cost too much – money, time, brand capital..?
  4. What was too complicated?
  5. What was just silly?
  6. What metrics are missing?
  7. Are we positioned correctly for our capabilities – “sustaining” or “disruptive innovation?
  8. Who can we partner with to present a stronger client-centric experience?
  9. What is it that we don’t know, yet?
  10. How honest have we been with ourselves?
