- Participated in strategic partner negotiations and evaluated proposed funding structures.
- Build dynamic financial model that translated deal variable combinations into value benefits and thus drove deal point discussions.
Results: A $30 million (cash plus in-kind services) 3-way funding structure that positioned employer to capture a greater return-on-investment.
