In my prior post series on business models I talked about getting liberated. Breaking connections to make room for your new ideas. One of the most difficult traditional views for businesses is the thought that a product or service needs to be perfected before released upon the masses. Yes, a release needs to be baked enough to fulfill its purpose and be safe… but does that specific product’s purpose have to be the anticipated final version? If you wondering why it might not have to be, checkout this presentation put together by Bryan & Stephanie Rieger of Yiibu for dConstruct 2011, Brighton and MobX 2011, Berlin. It’s a new find for me but was put together in September 2011. Got to love slide 42.
